SAVE THE DATES
Save the dates provide helpful advance notice to your guests, especially if it's a destination or holiday wedding. Tucson is certainly a destination wedding location! Your guests will want to get the best deals on airlines and lodging. You may include accommodations, weekend schedule, wedding website and registry information. Save the dates can be emailed or posted to your wedding website. Mail your save the dates 6-months prior to your wedding.

INVITATIONS
Order your invitations at least 3-4 months before your wedding date. Mail your invitations 6-8 weeks in advance of the wedding. Many couples mail their invitations up to 10 weeks in advance, especially if they did not send a save the date or if it's a destination or holiday wedding. Sooner is better than later. NEVER include gift registry information on your invitation or inserts!

RSVP
Make your RSVP deadline at least 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding date. Your venue or caterer will need a final guest head count usually two weeks before your wedding.

OPTIONAL INSERTS
You may choose other insert cards to include with your invitations-accomodations, wedding website, ma or directions, schedule of events, etc.

ADDRESSING YOUR ENVELOPES
Use proper names and titles, spell out street names, state, etc. Invitation Express includes guidelines for addressing and mailing with every order.

THANK YOU NOTES
Please mail your thank you notes as soon as possible. Your guests were thoughtful enough to give you a wedding gift. Be courteous and thank them promptly!
